Welcome 2011 Conference Exhibitors!
Our returning 2010 exhibitors have until September 30th to renew their spot and pay for their booth space. Any booths not claimed after September 30th will be offered to the wait listed companies.
If new to the IPEIA Conference and are interested in being put on the 2011 exhibitor wait list, please send a message to our Conference Administrator.

The cost for a 2011 booth space is $1,650.00 + $82.50 GST = $1,732.50. The deposit amount is $825.00, and the balance is $907.50.
IPEIA also invites exhibitors to put on a workshop Wednesday, March 02, 2011. The time slots are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the Welcome Lunch starting at Noon. Please visit our Workshop section of the website for further information.

Shipping: Please see the package you will be receiving from GES regarding the shipping of goods to The Banff Centre. All the information you require for the storage of your good, packaging, labeling and shipping forms are all there.
PLEASE NOTE: If paying by company purchase order, please fax a copy of the purchase order to 403 251-6732, once your registration form has been submitted. If paying by cheque, please mail to IPEIA c/o 360 Cedarpark Drive SW, Calgary, Alberta T2W 2J4.
If IPEIA is not notified of your intent to renew your 2010 booth space, i.e. the deposit payment is not received by September 30th, your booth will be given to the next exhibitor in line on the wait list.
