“As our journey continues…” Christi Marcine, IPEIA Snr. Advisor & manager joined in 2017. Christi is seasoned Management Consultant with over 25 years’ experience specializing in strategic business planning, program & project management services, change management and project controls. She has a proven track record supporting organizations to realize their vision and to action their strategic management plans. Christi’s passion is client care, and she works closely with her clients to ensure top quality project services are being delivered and meeting her client’s needs. In the past 5 years, Christi has worked closely with the volunteer committee members to transform their membership offerings and enhance their annual conference & exhibition. In addition to building IPEIA’s membership, Christi liaises with each of the industry groups to build connections between the organizations to ensure that IPEIA is continuously evolving and improving to meet the needs of our members and industry.
Haley Debnam – Communications, Social Media Support
Haley Debnam has over eight years of administrative experience. While her background is in healthcare, most recently in the field of provincial emergency communications, she brings to the table a versatile skillset which includes training, client support, and the organization of resources. She has extensive experience in database management, data integrity, reporting, and operating procedures. One of Haley’s most valued traits is her appreciation for providing supportive and positive communications. Haley is an empathic listener and a dynamic, results-oriented problem solver who displays patience and determination in troubleshooting client issues. Her education and passion for learning includes psychology, behavioural and social sciences. She is a driven, outgoing optimistic who displays a genuine desire for continuous growth and learning.

Denny Stubel – Communications, Special Sessions Communication Liaison & Liaison Coach for others
Denny Stubel; Client Relations & Strategy Analyst, Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK). Denny has been employed with TSASK for 10 years and manages their larger Key Accounts. Denny has established trusted working relationships with many companies and his role includes responsibilities such as inventory reconciliations, Quality Management System reviews, Overdue Accounts Receivables and Write-Off’s and also contributes to internal forecasting and budgeting. Years of Service to IPEIA: 4 years on the Program Committee, 6 years on the Steering Committee (Past Chair 2020), 1 year on the Public Relations Committee, 2 years on the Special Sessions Committee and now 1st year on the Membership Committee.
Scott Fong – Communications, Program Communication Liaison
Scott is currently a Technical Solutions Specialist at KASI Technologies, holds 5 API Certifications along with his ABSA IBPV, and TSASK Class 1 Inspector License. He has been a contract QC/QA and Pressure Equipment Inspector for over 15 years. Scott sits as Presiding Officefr of the Field Heat Treatment Technician Occupation Committee and has been volunteering with IPEIA since 2016.
Taber Hole – Communications, Education Communication Liaison
Taber Hole P.Eng, is the Product Specialist for ClearStream Weld Technologies Overlay in Calgary developing opportunities and trouble shooting client challenges. Taber graduated from University of Montana in Welding Engineering, & Concordia University with a Bachelors in Management. Taber is his second year with the IPEIA team and hopes to contribute to the success of the PR committee as well as the Education committee.

Alison Weeks – Communications, Sponsorship & Events Communication Liaison
Alison has over twelve years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a strong foundation in inspections and integrity management. She holds professional certifications from ASET, NACE and API. Alison manages the Senior Management Representative for Signalta Resources Limited Owner-User Program as well as Signalta’s Pipeline Integrity Program. She has been involved with IPEIA for the past 9 Years, sitting on both the Steering Committee and Public Relations Committee.
Shannon Paquette – Communications, Exhibition Communication Liaison
Shannon Paquette is the District Manager with Acuren. She has been in the industry for over 19 years. Shannon has been working with IPEIA for 9 years.
Josh Brewster – Communications, Executive Communication Liaison
Josh Brewster, CET, RSE is a licensed Pressure Welder, Welding Inspector, Welding Examiner, In-Service Pressure Vessel Inspector, and Welding Engineering Technologist with over twelve years of experience in the field of welding, inspection, and non-destructive testing. Previously, Josh was an instructor within the Welding Engineering Technology Program at SAIT where he taught Codes and Standards, Robotics, Pressure Vessel Construction, and Failure Mitigation. He is now the Academic Chair of both the Welding Engineering Technology and Non-Destructive Testing Departments at SAIT. Josh is the Program Chair of the Calgary Chapter of the CWB Association, an Executive Member and Education Subcommittee Chair of the International Pressure Equipment Integrity Association, as well as a Voting Member of the National Non-Destructive Testing Certification Body Scheme Committee.
Nick Schmoyer – Communications, Media Leads & Advertising
Nick Schmoyer is Vice President and Technical Director of Inspectioneering. Nick came to the organization in 2011 after a successful career in commercial insurance. During his time with one of the largest insurers, Nick was responsible for managing commercial policies valued in excess of $200 million. Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
Jeremiah Wooten – Communications, Media Leads & Advertising
Jeremiah Wooten is a managing partner and serves as general counsel for Inspectioneering, LLC in The Woodlands, TX. He has been involved in the oil & gas business since graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010. Jeremiah has been attending IPEIA since 2016 and this is his third year serving on the public relations committee.
