Where do I find my Complimentary or Discount Codes?

Complimentary or discount codes are found on your sponsorship receipt. To view a copy of your receipt, select Registration / My Registrations – and look for your sponsorship registration under the conference’s year:

Select Edit/Make Changes button to view receipt where the codes are located.

What do the codes mean?

On your receipt you will find all available codes for you to use:

How do I claim my complimentary networking event tickets?

Complimentary networking event tickets included with a sponsorship will be provided to the sponsor’s representative at the conference in their registration package.

Who should register?

It is at the discretion of the Sponsor representative (point of contact/who purchased the sponsorship) to distribute the delegate complimentary codes to who they wish to use them.

When do the codes need to be used?

Complimentary Conference Delegate Codes

All codes must be used two weeks prior to the conference. We recommend they register using them early to avoid disappointment of tickets selling out quickly (ie: networking event)

Complimentary Annual Membership Code

These can be used to register for their annual membership throughout the year but we recommend that they register early to take advantage of all of the membership offerings (ie: monthly webinar series)

Corporate Sponsorship

These can be used throughout the year but we recommend that you take advantage of purchasing this early to maximize your sponsorship to highlight your industry support all year long. Great marketing opportunity!

Can I register others?

No, we do not recommend this.

IPEIA’s registration system is designed for single sign-on. It requires members to sign on individually using their own unique system login and use the promo code.
IPEIA’s system does NOT support one person to register multiple people – Each person must register themselves.
If you wish to attend the Networking Event, please purchase a ticket. Tickets are not guaranteed to be available on site!
