First: Renew
We are pleased to offer all our 2023 Sponsors and Exhibitors the opportunity to renew their sponsorship and/or booth for the next IPEIA Conference & Exhibition at 2023 pricing! The renewal process will be onsite at this year’s conference commencing Wednesday, March 1, 2023, registration will continue to be available online until Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Second: FRoR
The First Right of Refusal (FRoR) process will open to all remaining sponsors and exhibitors May 1, 2023 with updated 2024 pricing. Please note that the FRoR process is first come first serve (all sponsors and corporate members have the opportunity to also be included in the exhibition FRoR and a chance to purchase a booth for the 2024 conference).
Third: Public
June 1, 2023- At 10:00 (MST) we are please to open the opportunity to purchase one of the remaining booths or sponsorships that are available. Payment must be made at the time of registration.
It is the Sponsor/Exhibitors responsibility to ensure IPEIA has the most current contact information for your company.
