How to Register for IPEIA’s Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Service for 2026

Log into IPEIA’s Registration system by visiting https://registration.ipeia.com. If you have forgotten your password, you may select Forgot Password to send yourself a password rest PIN. For further support, please contact admin@ipeia.com. Please note: Only the Booth’s primary contact, who has the registration under their account can register for this service. Please ensure your organization is keeping the contact information up to date.

From the home screen, select the Find out more! button.

| STEP 2 |
Review the information noting how it works, how to access, Exhibitor responsibilities, and uses of. To proceed with service, select Register for Lead Retrieval button. Important Note: The Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Service will be accessible through the Primary Contact and Staff Pass profiles. (I.e. For Triple Booths, 4 Staff Passes will have access through their profiles). Select Register for Lead Retrieval at the bottom of the page.

| STEP 3 |
Select Continue.

Complete the required registration fields and check boxes, then select Continue.

| STEP 5 |
Review your contact/billing information to ensure correct, then select Proceed to Invoice. To make changes, select Back.

Review your invoice. To complete your registration, select Proceed to Payment.
To return to the previous pages and make changes, select Go Back and Make Changes.
Important note: the registration and access to this service is not complete until payment has been made. If payment has not been completed within one hour of the registration being created, the registration will be cancelled. After payment is received, a test page will be provided to ensure devices will be compatible. All efforts are made by IPEIA to provide the service but cannot guarantee all devices will be compatible. Refer to the How it Works section on the Lead Retrieval Management page for more information.

For RENEWING EXHIBITORS (existing Exhibitors): On the homepage under Exhibitor and Sponsorship Renewal, select the Renew with Code button.
For NEW EXHIBITORS (Public Opportunities): proceed to registering for your booth without a code by selecting the Register button on the homepage.

Complete the registration information. Next, on the Review page under the section New for Exhibitors, select the box beside Add IPEIA’s Exhibitor Lead Retrieval to your registration for $250.00. Select Proceed to Invoice. For more information on the renewals and registration process, visit:

Review your invoice to ensure it’s correct, then select Proceed to Payment to complete your booth registration with the Lead Retrieval Service add-on. Please note: Payment must be completed in order to secure your booth and lead retrieval service.

TESTING / SCANNING STEP 1 |
To open the Lead Retrieval Scanner, select Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Management from the homepage.
Alternatively, from the black menu select Profile > Lead Retrieval Service.

| STEP 2 |
Prior to the conference & exhibition, a Test Lead Scanner button is available to test device compatibility. Once the conference & exhibition starts, this button will appear as Open Lead Scanner. Select Test Lead Scanner to proceed to the test scanning page. Important notes:

| STEP 3 |
To Open Scanner: Select Test Scanner/Start Scanner. Please note: You may be prompted to grant the service access to your device camera. Instructions on how to do this will appear on the page. Once the conference & exhibition starts, this button will appear as Start Scanner.

Once access has been granted to your device’s camera, a box with your camera feed will appear on the page. This indicates that your device is compatible and ready for use.

| STEP 5 |
To Scan a Delegate’s Badge: Align the Delegate’s Badge QR code with the scanning screen. It will auto capture once ready. Once scanned, you will be shown the Delegate’s contact information on your screen. You will have the opportunity to enter notes before saving their record in the text bar. Select Save Contact to save their information.

You will receive a notice stating Contact Saved to confirm successful.
To scan another badge, select Reset Scanner.

Viewing/Exporting Your Scanned Contact’s Info

| VIEWING / EXPORTING YOUR SCANNED CONTACT’S INFO |
On the Management Page, you are able to view the contact information from the badges you have scanned. This table is searchable by Name, Company, Details, or Notes. To Export Your Leads: select Export Leads (CSV). Please note: Scanned leads from the conference can be viewed and exported until the end of the calendar year.
