What is an IPEIA Member Emeritus?
There are long serving IPEIA Volunteers who have contributed to the success of IPEIA and are recognized as a Member Emeritus (ME). IPEIA recognizes the value of their exemplary service, mentorship, industry connection, and contributions within our community.
How to nominate someone to become a ME?
IPEIA Member Emeritus candidates may be nominated for consideration by any active IPEIA volunteer in good standing. The nominations will be collected and reviewed by IPEIA’s Board of Directors, Executive Director, and Advisory Council annually for consideration.
Nominations must be received by November 15th annually, to be considered for induction ceremony at the upcoming conference. The honour of Member Emeritus may be bestowed on a person who meets the following requirements:
- Has made a significant contribution to IPEIA over at least 10 years;
- Has completed one, 5-year term as a past committee member or member of IPEIA’s Board of Directors
