Hosting Private Events
- Organizations or individuals are welcome to host private events during IPEIA’s conference week that do not conflict with IPEIA’s sponsored networking events, scheduled on The Conference Schedule – IPEIA and Conference Events – IPEIA.
*subject to change depending on conference schedule. To avoid conflicts please check with conference organizers before booking private events.
- For organizations or individuals who do not adhere to the acceptable private hosting event times IPEIA reserves the right to:
- not accept registrations
- to take other remedial actions
IPEIA Membership includes:

- Technical Presentation & Special Symposium webinars – topics include inspection technologies & methodologies, NDT/NDE, risk-based inspection, corrosion & materials, codes & standards, updates from the Regulators, and so much more!

- Student Membership & opportunity to get involved in the Student Poster Sessions and the Pressure Equipment Fundamentals Seminars
- Early bird access and discount to register for IPEIA’s Conference & Events – features amazing keynote speakers and the opportunity to expand your pressure equipment integrity skills and knowledge
Membership Annual Dues – January 1 through to December 31: $300/yr (non-refundable)
Delegate Conference & Exhibition Policies
Visit Registration – IPEIA for details on IPEIA’s conference registration options, including what each registration opportunity includes and additional purchases (what is not included).
Registrations are transferable until February 20, 2026, and are non-refundable except in the event of conference cancellation.
Transfers are permitted only to another person if an email is sent to support@idassociates.ab.ca, by February 20, 2026, from the person who is requesting to transfer their registration. In the email, the request must include the new person’s name (who they are transferring the registration to, who has an account set up in the registration system) and the person’s contact information.
Please note, all items on the invoice will transfer to the other person, this includes Networking tickets and IPEIA Memberships.

Please note once payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued in the case of cancellation.
